G. MAYNARD GREEN is a shareholder with the firm of Sheehy, Lovelace & Mayfield, P.C., in Waco, Texas. His legal practice is in the area of trusts and estates, oil and gas, mediation and arbitration, and general business.

Mr. Green has practiced with Sheehy, Lovelace & Mayfield, P.C., since 1977. Prior to joining Sheehy, Lovelace & Mayfield, P.C., he practiced tax and oil and gas law in Midland, Texas. Prior to that, he was a tax attorney in the corporate headquarters of Marathon Oil Company in Findlay, Ohio.

Mr. Green is an adjunct professor of law at Baylor University, School of Law where he teaches Arbitration. He served as an arbitrator on the national panel of arbitration for the American Arbitration Association from 1979 to 1996. He currently serves as an arbitrator and mediator on the panels of a number of national and regional organizations, including FINRA Dispute Resolution, National Center for Dispute Settlement and Construction Arbitration Services.
